We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and manage our social media marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing our social media campaigns and community management activities.
In addition, you will be part of the digital marketing team and help us develop strategies to grow our business and increase engagement with our clients. Using briefs from our diverse portfolio of clients, you will collaborate with our Digital and Creative teams to develop award-winning campaigns.

- 1 to 3 years of Google Ads experience working with a media budget of over $5,000 a month.
- Excellent communication skills
- Business analytical skills. Being able to identify business problems and translate them into clicks and conversions
- Experience in developing SEM strategies
- Positive attitude
- Ability to learn quickly
- Prior experience working with a marketing agency, not client side.
- A strong Google Shopping experience with consistent positive ROI for clients would be advantageous.
- A Facebook paid ads experience would be a plus, but not necessary.
The Performance Marketing Specialist would be a vital role. The main responsibility of this position is to work hands-on on client accounts. Performance Marketing Specialist would be responsible for
- Campaign setup
- Keyword research
- Daily campaign optimisation
- Client communication such as monthly and weekly reports
- Make recommendations to the strategy team on improvements
- Budget management
- Work with technical teams on implementing lead tracking
Your performances will be measured monthly, quarterly and yearly. All performance metrics are to be discussed at the beginning of each month, quarter, or year and agreed upon by both parties. Once the KPIs are set we can also discuss and amend the KPIs due to external factors. We will be evaluating your performance in the following areas.
- Client retention
- Client communications
- Maintaining the number of billable hours
- Knowledge sharing
Performance metrics are always subject to change, and any changes to performance metrics should be discussed prior to agreement.
