Impressive Property Sales partnered with SearchMax to create a powerful digital marketing strategy in order to promote their newest project, Paringa at Austral. At first, the company decided to focus on promoting their land packages. The main challenge for SearchMax was, despite a number of aggressive competitors, to generate 30 leads per month with a lower cost per lead from both Search and Social ad campaigns.
The team at Paringa at Austral were keen on getting some immediate traction for their newly released land lots. By implementing an effective lead generation strategy, powerful creative and a purpose built post click optimised landing page we managed to secure 60 high quality leads in month 1.
