Close to amenities while still set among the quiet peaceful surroundings, it’s a thriving neighbourhood that all families can enjoy. Impressive Property Sales has a team of experienced property developers and property consultants that are passionate and focused on giving their clients the right advice when it comes to property investment.
The Challenge
Impressive Property Sales partnered with SearchMax to create a powerful digital marketing strategy in order to promote their newest project, Paringa at Austral. At first, the company decided to focus on promoting their land packages. The main challenge for SearchMax was, despite a number of aggressive competitors, to generate 30 leads per month with a lower cost per lead from both Search and Social ad campaigns.
Our Approach
With years of industry experience in real estate to back us, SearchMax decided to create a results-driven digital strategy to promote the land packages for Paringa at Austral in order to begin generating leads from day one. The team created a high impact Google Search ad campaign to target a selected number of suburbs depending on which performed the best based on historical data. By observing the demographics of the area, our approach to Social ad campaigns was focused mainly on ethnic targeting which proved highly effective. To get the best possible results of the paid ads, a post-click optimised landing page was created and conversions were tracked at each point, including website call conversions.
Results
The team at Paringa at Austral were keen on getting some immediate traction for their newly released land lots. By implementing an effective lead generation strategy, powerful creative and a purpose built post click optimised landing page we managed to secure 60 high quality leads in month 1. Month on month, leads increased by 280%. We hold regular catch ups with the client to understand the quality of leads and ways we can improve performance. So far it has been a very successful campaign and we have now moved to the next stage of releases.
